All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Available for all order values
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Available for orders of $50 or more
- Includes basic tracking
Shipping Regions: We ship globally, excluding select Asian countries and remote locations. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our premium equestrian products with a fair and transparent returns policy designed with our customers’ needs in mind.
Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your order. To be eligible for return or exchange, all items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Bell Boots and Heel Protection (opened packages)
- Boot Liners and Accessories (opened packages)
- Bareback Pads (used items)
- Any products showing signs of use or wear

Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:

Fill out the return form included in your original package or download it from our website. Include this form with your return package.
Pack items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include all original documentation and accessories.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value, follow the standard return process and specify your desired replacement item in your return authorization request.
For exchanges of different value, our customer service team will guide you through the price adjustment process.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding select Asian and remote locations):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
