Returns & Exchanges Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bell Boots and Heel Protection (opened packages)
- Boot Liners and Accessories (opened packages)
- Bareback Pads (used items)
- Any products showing signs of use or wear
Return Process

- Complete Return Form: Fill out the form below and include it with your return package.
- Package Securely: Pack items in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal value, follow the standard return process and specify the desired replacement item. For exchanges of different value, our team will guide you through the price adjustment process.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding select Asian and remote locations):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
